Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Dreams Marketplace account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload malware, infringe on intellectual property, circumvent license enforcement, scrape the marketplace at abusive volume, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Buying on Dreams

Every purchase issues a license bound to your account plus a unique purchase code, generated at checkout by our license engine. The purchase code is your proof of entitlement — keep it private and do not share it outside your own licensed use. Licenses are node-locked or seat-based per the terms the seller sets on each product listing.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the seller's product-specific license terms, each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for the purpose stated in its listing. Title to the underlying work stays with the seller — you are licensing the product, not acquiring ownership of it.

Refunds

Purchases are refundable within 14 days of the order date, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. An approved refund revokes the associated license and invalidates its purchase code.

Selling on Dreams

Sellers operate under a separate Author Agreement covering commission, payouts, and content standards. By listing a product you represent that you own it, or hold the rights necessary to sell it.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent activity, or chargeback abuse. You may close your account at any time; open orders and license obligations survive account closure.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The marketplace and its listings are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreams Marketplace disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any product purchased through it.

Governing Law

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect is acceptance of them.
