Buyer Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy on Dreams Marketplace. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to this agreement. Accounts suspended for a previous policy breach may not buy again under a new identity.
Account Responsibilities
Your licenses, downloads and purchase codes are bound to your account, so the account IS your proof of entitlement. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share the account with people outside your own licensed use, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours.
Purchasing Products
Each listing states its price, license type and support term before you add it to your cart. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal; your order is confirmed once the payment provider captures it, and only then are licenses issued. Prices are set by the seller and may change at any time before you complete checkout — the price you pay is the one shown at the moment your payment is captured.
Digital Downloads
Every product on Dreams Marketplace is a digital file. There is nothing to ship, and access is granted as soon as your order completes. Downloads are served through short-lived signed links generated for your account at the moment you request them, which is why a copied download URL stops working: request a fresh one from your account rather than sharing the link.
Where a product has an update window, you may download versions the seller publishes until that window expires. A version published after your window has lapsed is not included; renewing extends the window from its current expiry.
License Compliance
What you may do with a product is set by the license attached to it — see the License Agreement for the full terms. In summary:
- Your license is issued to you and is not transferable.
- Activations are limited. Each activation consumes a seat against the product's activation limit, and seats are tracked by machine.
- Your purchase code proves the license is genuine. Publishing it, or embedding it in a distributed product, is a breach of this agreement.
- Removing or defeating license enforcement is prohibited, whether or not you also breach the usage terms.
Payments
We do not store card numbers. Payment details are collected and held by the payment provider you choose at checkout, each under its own terms and privacy policy. Currency, taxes and any provider fees are shown before you confirm. If a payment is reversed after licenses have been issued, those licenses are revoked.
Refund Eligibility
Purchases are refundable within 14 days of the order date under the Refund Policy, which governs in full. Refunds are assessed case by case rather than by download count. An approved refund revokes the associated license and invalidates its purchase code, and multi-item orders can be refunded per item or in whole.
Raise a refund request with us before filing a card chargeback. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated, and it is slower than a direct request.
Reviews and Ratings
You may review a product you have actually bought — reviews require an entitlement, which is why every review on the marketplace is marked as a verified purchase. Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Paid, incentivised, retaliatory and competitor reviews are prohibited, as is using a review to publish another person's private information. We may remove a review that breaches this section and, where the pattern is deliberate, suspend the account behind it.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or publish a purchased product outside the terms of its license.
- Share, publish or sell a purchase code, license key or download link.
- Circumvent activation limits, license checks or download controls.
- Scrape the marketplace at abusive volume, or attempt to interfere with its availability or security.
- Use a product for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes a third party's rights.
- Buy with the intention of obtaining a refund after extracting the value of the product.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or close a buyer account for breaching this agreement, for fraudulent payment activity, or for sustained refund or chargeback abuse. Where a suspension follows a license breach we may also revoke the affected licenses. You may close your account at any time; obligations that by their nature survive — license terms, payment obligations and liability provisions — continue to apply.
Limitation of Liability
Products are supplied by independent sellers and are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreams Marketplace disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace or of any product bought through it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights in your place of residence that cannot be waived by contract.
