Refund Policy

Draft — review with counsel before launch. Last updated: 2026-07-18.

The 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date. This window matches our platform-wide refund configuration and applies per order, counted from the date the order was placed — not the date of first download.

Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated case by case and are generally granted when the product is materially not as described, fails to function as advertised, or was purchased in error with no meaningful use. Products already downloaded in full may still qualify — eligibility is not a simple download-count gate.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the same processor used at checkout (Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal). Once a refund is issued, the associated license is revoked and its purchase code is invalidated — further downloads and activations against that license will fail. Multi-item orders can be refunded per item or as a whole order.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We may deny a refund request made after the 14-day window, for licenses already revoked for a policy violation, or where we find evidence of refund abuse, such as repeated buy-use-refund cycles. Custom or bespoke work commissioned directly from a seller outside the standard checkout flow is not covered by this policy.

Effect on Sellers

A refund reverses the seller's commission split for that sale and is reflected in the seller's next payout reconciliation. Sellers can review refund activity against their products in the seller studio.

Chargebacks

Filing a card chargeback instead of requesting a refund through us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated. Contact us first — most issues resolve faster through a direct refund request than a chargeback.

Contact

To request a refund or ask about an existing request, contact support@dreams.example (placeholder — replace with a real, monitored address before launch), or use the refund request flow in your account order history.
